Falling from heights

Falling from heights within the workplace is the second highest killer in all workplace accidents.
In 2016, 25 workers lost their lives due to falling from heights. A vast majority of these fatalities are from a height between 2-3 meters. Further to this, 17 workers were fatally injured by falling objects.
There are many ways to control the hazard of height and the associated risk, starting with nationally recognised training.
